At CTFA (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality cybersecurity training. Because our courses are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, we have a limited refund policy as described below.
1. Digital Product Nature
All courses, training materials, and related content sold on ctfa.ai are digital, non-tangible goods. Once you purchase and access a course, you may download, stream, or view the content instantly. Therefore, no refunds are offered for change of mind, accidental purchase, or lack of use.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
We will only consider a refund in the following limited circumstances:
Duplicate purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, we will refund one of the charges.
Technical issue beyond remedy – If you cannot access a course for more than 7 days due to a verifiable error on our side, and we cannot resolve it, you may request a full refund.
Course misrepresentation – If the course delivered is materially different from the description (e.g., wrong topic, missing major modules), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
3. Refund Request Process

Reason for refund (attach screenshots or error logs if relevant)
We will review your request within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be given for:
Not having enough time to complete the course
Change of mind or technical issues on your own device/internet
Loss of access due to violation of our Terms of Use
Any purchase made more than 14 days prior to the refund request
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for a refund, we may suspend your account and provide evidence of your purchase and course access to our payment processor. We reserve the right to pursue collection of any wrongfully disputed amounts.
6. Course Subscriptions (if applicable)
If CTFA offers subscription-based access (e.g., monthly or yearly plans):
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation stops future billing but no prorated refund will be given for the current billing period.
Within 7 days of the first subscription charge, you may request a full refund if you have not accessed more than 10% of the content.
